Shipping Piers

The 18 shipping piers in Upper Austria between Engelhartszell, Linz and Grein are the links to the idyllic Danube villages. These invite you to moor and linger, to discover the beauties of the Danube Valley and to go on shore excursions in the surrounding area.

The provincial capital Linz - UNESCO City of Media Arts - has four berths for cabin and excursion ships in a central location with the best infrastructure.

The Donaumarkt Engelhartszell - about 30 km away from Passau - has three shipping piers and is ideally suited for embarkation and disembarkation due to its location and infrastructure.
