Kopfing im Innkreis

The lovely market town of Kopfing, which was voted Upper Austria's most beautiful town in 1996, is in a beautiful and sunny hillside location. In addition to pristine landscapes, Kopfing boasts the world’s longest canopy trail: suspended 20 meters above ground this 1000 meter long walkway links 40 platforms inside and around the trees. These platforms afford superb views of Innviertel, Salzkammergut and neighboring Bavaria.
A well-maintained network of trails makes for great hiking and cycling in the area.
