This mostly family-friendly hike starts at the boat landing stage. This route takes you along the long-distance hiking trail 810A (10) Inn down to the mouth of the river Pram and along the Pramtal cycle path R21 to the Otterbacher bridge. In the direction of Otterbach, past the Otterbacher Landesgut, you hike uphill to the "Stoaneren Bankerl" from where you have a wonderful view of the baroque town of Schärding and neighbouring Bavaria, and in good weather you can also see the Alpine chain such as the Dachstein, Watzmann, Tennengebirge and Berchtesgadener Land. This is a scenic sight and invites you to take a break. The route continues along the signposted forest path with the gently rolling hills of the Innviertel region to Marienthal. Via Gopperdinger Straße (no pavement) Steinbach-Brückerl - left to the railway subway. From here, take the Pramtal cycle path R21 back to the starting point.
