We are a family beekeeping business from Linz and a member of BIO Austria. As organic gardeners in the Morgentau gardens on the Froschberg, we know how crucial bees are for the quality of our food - that was the impetus for founding our beekeeping business.

80% of domestic crops are pollinated by honey bees.

Over 100 fruit trees of old varieties - from apple, pear, cherry and quince to rare wild fruit species - bloom in the immediate vicinity of our beehives. And when the vegetable gardens and lime trees are in full bloom in summer, the result is honey with an incomparable aroma.

Unadulterated enjoyment.

In order to preserve the full aroma of spring and summer, I deliberately avoid industrial processing. My honey is neither heated nor machine-dried, but remains natural and is allowed to crystallize in the jar - a completely natural process.

The honeycombs are lovingly uncapped by hand and gently centrifuged in several stages. The honey is then carefully poured through a sieve into high-quality stainless steel containers to preserve its purity and quality. No plastic is used here either.
