The Innovation Office of the City of Linz takes its name from its location at Pfarrgasse 3 directly on Linz's main square. On the other hand, it emphasises its claim to be the hub for innovation projects in the Upper Austrian capital - projects that go beyond start-ups, high-tech and the IT industry and can touch on all areas of urban life, from education, the environment and social affairs to culture.
