As a tourism alchemist I work (almost) exclusively with existing resources and use them to create new "experience gold".  The diversity of nature becomes a rich stage for experiencing nature in new ways, where people encounter themselves in ever new facets and where groups suddenly become more than the sum of their individuals. Once this door has been opened, impressive I and WE experiences can happen!
