Brucknerfest Linz 2026. Concerts, creative stations, guided tours, musical workshops and many other great program items as well as family-friendly food in the BRUCKNER'S restaurant.
After a wonderful premiere of the family festival at the Brucknerfest Linz 2025, we are delighted to offer a whole day for families again this year. Organ star Cameron Carpenter will play a concert in the Great Hall at 11:00 a.m. (especially recommended for families and children aged 6 and over). He will improvise the soundtrack to the silent film comedy The Tramp by and starring Charlie Chaplin on the 'Queen of Instruments'. Carpenter then explains his instrument in a playful way - because, like an iceberg, only the tip of it can be seen in the hall, the majority of the fascinating and complex instrument is hidden ... You can also look forward to the family program at 13:30 in the Middle Hall. This special day will be framed and rounded off with creative stations and guided tours of the house. BRUCKNER'S restaurant will be offering family-friendly food and, as with any good party, there will be a few surprises too!Untere Donaulände 7, 4010 Linz
