Posthof offers around 250 individual music, dance, theatre, cabaret and literature events every year.

Today, the Posthof in Linz is one of the largest and most vital venues for contemporary culture in Austria - music, dance, theater, cabaret and literature and a stage for international stars as well as a platform for the up-and-coming local scene.

Originally built as an outpost of the Linz postmaster's office (from 1750), the historic site in the harbor district was adapted in 1984 and 1990 and is now one of the largest / most vital venues for contemporary culture in Austria. The program covers the entire, broad spectrum of current contemporary culture.
