All our products arrive fresh and are carefully prepared by our staff.
The organic schnitzel is baked in clarified butter and served with cranberries and organic parsley potatoes. The beef soup is made with beef tongue, ox tail and cooked meat from Biofleisch Sonnberg. The pancakes are cut by hand and only organic ingredients are used in the homemade liver dumplings.
