Imperfect - The beauty of the imperfect
The new cycle of works by artist Rainer Nöbauer-Kammerer takes structural defects and the decay of 20th and 21st century architecture and buildings as its starting point.
IMPERFEKT consciously transfers the - usually negatively evaluated - forms and aesthetic qualities of structural defects and damage into the artistic design of sculptures and reliefs. The cycle of works is complemented by a theoretical examination in close collaboration with the architecture and art historian Dr. Georg Wilbertz.Opening: Tuesday, May 26, 2026, 7 pm
Finissage: Friday, 26.6.2026, 3-6 pm the artist will be present.
Concert by Desaster II (Klangruinen) of the music section at 7pm
