Father's Day" is just around the corner. Reason enough to take a closer look at the animal FATHERS. What do men do when it comes to having and raising children?

Some animal males are surprisingly caring when it comes to rearing their young. Nandus, for example, are extremely loving fathers when it comes to building their nests, incubating their young and rearing them. The kangaroo males have a completely different attitude towards their offspring. As true machos, they know very little about the babies. The storks, on the other hand, are a bit more equal. Here, both parents are responsible for rearing the young.
