With their seventh studio album in the bag, the two self-proclaimed do-gooders are tearing up one venue after another across Germany - accompanied by the ever-growing Schmierlappen Kommando: Liedfett are no longer an insider tip, but a collective state of euphoria, attitude and joie de vivre.

With their new, self-titled album "liedfett", which will be released on April 24, 2026, Liedfett sound closer, more direct and more unembellished than ever before. Between new beginnings and excessive demands, between broad grins and honest self-questioning, they combine songs such as "Alles wird gut", "Zu kurz", "Einsamkeitsgefahr", "Das war ich" and "Partybrille" with six new tracks to create an album that goes straight to the heart: it's about stumbling through life, about carrying on despite doubts, about being loud when necessary - and about being vulnerable when necessary. Taking a stand without pointing a finger. Whether on stage or around the campfire. Everywhere.

Musically, Liedfett remain true to their powerful mix of German pop, punk energy and uncompromising live character. "liedfett" is not a retrospective or a concept album, but a snapshot: honest, connecting, full of power and warmth.
