In her lecture, neuroscientist and author Dr. Manuela Macedonia shows how nutrition influences our brain performance, concentration and emotional well-being. She explains in an easy-to-understand way which nutrients promote thinking, dispels nutrition myths and gives practical everyday tips.

Dr. Macedonia conducts research at the JKU Linz into how our brains process language and how we learn more easily and sustainably through movement. As a well-known science communicator, she inspires with books, lectures and media appearances in which she conveys complex neurobiological topics in an understandable way.
