Summer yoga stands for outdoor yoga

Here you can enjoy your yoga practice in harmony with nature. Especially in the morning, the magic of the night is still in the air, everything awakens to new life and this quality supports the joint yoga practice in the botanical garden. Afterwards, you can stroll through the park - your admission to the botanical garden is included in the yoga session - or enjoy a leisurely breakfast in the café. Feel free to bring friends with you who may have little or no yoga experience - these classes are mixed level and suitable for everyone - there will also be something for advanced yogis.

The yoga style
We offer you a good mix of powerful flows combined with gentle stretching to bring the body into balance. We pay special attention to correct alignment and execution in the yoga asanas. The most important thing is that you enjoy the class, that you challenge yourself from time to time, but above all that you leave the class feeling relaxed. We look forward to seeing you!

About us
We are the summer yoga team consisting of Natalie Lang, Ali Kaineder and Angi Grassberger. We are all three internationally trained yoga teachers with several years of teaching experience. Each of us has her own style, but we are united by our love of yoga, people and nature. You are the most important thing to us and we can hardly wait to meet you on the mat.

No previous experience required, please bring a yoga mat and comfortable sportswear.
