PSF Big Band: "The Arrangers"

They’re rarely in the spotlight—and yet they’ve been shaping the sound of the big band world for decades: the arrangers! This time, we’re turning the tables and celebrating the musical heroes behind the scenes.

The spectrum ranges from the style-defining arrangements of Nelson Riddle and Quincy Jones—which shaped the sound of legends like Frank Sinatra and Michael Jackson—to modern greats such as Gordon Goodwin and Michael Bublé.
The swinging magic of Glenn Miller, the powerful voices of the Andrews Sisters, the unmistakable harmonies of Duke Ellington—as well as rousing hits ranging from Roger Cicero to Raye—promise an evening full of glamour, rhythm, and spine-tingling moments.
The PSF Big Band brings these masters out of the shadows and, together with the PSF Vocal Group , presents an evening full of familiarity, energy, and earthy big band power for everyone who wants to know who truly created the sound.
