FLINTA*Day

Every 1st Tuesday of the month, the ann and pat is open especially for FLINTA people! Just hang out, chill out, meet old friends and make new ones, have a laugh, have a say, politicise, chat, go crazy and above all feel good!

The first Tuesday in May used to be called "Girls only day". So, no boys!
FLINTA* is an abbreviation that refers to different groups that all benefit from a protected framework, such as the FLINTA* day! Everyone should feel welcome at ann and pat, which is why
F stands for women. In our case, of course, we mean girls and young women
L stands for lesbian, which means women who love women.
I stands for inter. Not all people are born as girls or boys. Some babies are born with sexual characteristics that cannot be clearly categorised as male or female. In this case we speak of inter persons.
N stands for non-binary. Binary means two-part. All people who do not fall into the female-male category are meant here. You often read the word non-binary in English.
T stands for trans. Transgender people do not identify with the gender they were assigned at birth. This refers to trans women and trans men.
A stands for asexual, or agender. These are people who do not belong to any gender.
* The asterisk at the end serves as a placeholder for all gender identities that are not female or male.
