Pasticcio. Walter Rescheneder conducts the Linzer Konzertverein's spring concert.
The program of this spring concert lives up to its title in every respect. From Josef Strauss' operetta overture "Frühlingsluft" to Johann Strauss' "Frühlingsstimmenwalzer" and Robert Stolz's "Frühling in Wie" (Spring in How), the musical spectrum is colorful and in tune with the season. In My Fair Lady, it is also known to be so green when Spain's flowers bloom. Love and passion are often sung about in springtime scenes. However, this can be dangerous, as Carmen's tragic end shows. The ages of childhood and youth are also symbolized by spring. It was therefore an obvious choice to invite the Ernst-Koref-Schule choir, conducted by Lisa-Maria Berghammer, to take part in the spring concert. And finally, the young violinist Nina Sofie Berghammer shows that Anton Bruckner's Seventh Symphony can be approached with an electric violin.
