From November 21 to December 23, 2026, enjoy the Advent season on Linz Cathedral Square against the impressive backdrop of Austria's largest church.

Regional arts and crafts, high-quality cuisine and the unique atmosphere at Linz's Mariendom cathedral - these are just some of the ingredients for a pleasant break from the pre-Christmas hustle and bustle.

Tip: The exhibitors at Advent am Dom change every week. So it's worth stopping by more often. Advent am Dom also bears the Austrian seal of approval for quality in art and crafts from 2025.


Other highlights of Advent am Dom include the virtual nativity scene, the children's programme at the weekends, the Christmas forest of hearts' desires, live music on Cathedral Square, concerts in the cathedral and much more.
