The twelve best apprentices in the categories "Kitchen", "Service" and "Hotel and Catering Assistants" have already emerged as winners of the "JuniorSkills Upper Austria" competition. At the Culinary Art Festival, they will create a 6-course menu in the restaurant 'Das Anton' in Linz. For Michael Nell, chairman of the gastronomy and hotel cooperation "hotspots" and chairman of the WKOÖ hotel industry specialist group, which has been bringing the "next generation" to the fore for many years, the event is a sign of appreciation.
