The holiday apartment as well as the guest rooms are appointed with solid wood furniture Generous outdoor facilities including terraces, gazebo, barbecue area, play and sunbathing area, petting animals, bowling alley, sleeping in hay, horse-drawn carriages, toy vehicles, table tennis and trail riding all add variety to your holiday.

Within a radius of 4 km you will find the golf course "Pramtal", the "Inn" bicycle route, tennis, horse riding, fishing, mini golf, a new lido and a dog kennel.

Apart from farm adventures you can go on day excursions to Schärding, Ried, Braunau, Passau, Linz, Salzburg, thermal spring Geinberg und Bad-Füssing as well as to Czech Republic and nearby Bavaria.
