Where the cycling path ends in the “Donauschlinge” on the northern part of the left Danube shore, there is our farm located. From here you can take in summer the ferry “Längsfähre Santa Maria” to enjoy a tour through the “Donauschlinge” (Au-Grafenau) or to explore the southern shore (Inzell, Schlögen).

Coming from Linz: Take the Nibelungenbrücke/B129 towards Rohrbach. At the roundabout/B127 in Altenfelden take the third exit, drive towards Hofkirchen. Drive through Hofkirchen and turn left at the ASZ, turn left again at the next crossroads. Follow the road to Niederranna, turn right at the Stallinger car dealership and immediately left again. Follow the Treppelweg until you reach Au.
Our farm is located where the cycle path ends on the left, northern bank of the Danube in the Donauschlinge....
3 generations, farm animals, pets and a peacock.
We are permanent guests on this beautiful spot of earth, closely embraced by the Danube. For people who come from the hustle and bustle of the city, our life here in the Donauschlinge seems idyllic, almost romantic. Nature, peace, homemade cake and animals.
The bicycle ferry came when the cyclists came. Old farmer Monika bought a ferry and took the athletes across the river. Some stayed for a snack. Or longer.
