Schlögener-Runde

The Schögener circuit has trail number 3. The Danube cycle path leads from Engelhartszell to the Jochenstein Danube power station with a visit to the "Jochenstein Energy Experience" exhibition and the "Haus am Strom". Continue along the cycle path north of the Danube via Niederranna in the direction of Schlögen and take the cycle ferry to the southern bank for a view of the natural phenomenon known as the "Schlögener Schlinge". Return on the southern side of the Danube on the newly constructed Danube cycle path or by boat.
