Small monument and viewpoint at the Leaning Chapel
In the segmental arch niche there is a picture of the Virgin Mary, in front of it a new wrought-iron grille, the year 1847 is no longer present. The name "Linde zur schiefen Kapelle" (lime tree to the leaning chapel) comes from the fact that the chapel standing next to the 250-year-old lime tree was dug up on one side due to the ever-growing roots. The lime tree is a natural monument and can be reached via the Reuterhügel estate road. The trunk circumference is around 400 cm, the crown diameter 11 m and the height around 22 m. In 2002, the Bad Mühllacken fire department freed the lime tree from dry branches and mistletoe as part of an exercise using a lifting platform.
