OUR ANIMAL WELFARE MAIZE CHICKENS

Our poultry farm is located in the southern Mühlviertel, directly on the Danube, in the beautiful municipality of Naarn im Machland.

Around 38,000 broiler chickens find their home among green meadows and fields. They enjoy their new home from the very first day of life in the ultra-modern 2500 m² animal welfare barn, which was completed in 2021, and have the comfort of additional raised levels in the barn from the 10th day of life to increase the available space considerably. State-of-the-art ventilation systems ensure very good air quality where the chickens can really feel at ease.
From the 20th day of life, they are finally allowed into the conservatory, which is protected from too many draughts by a windbreak net.
