Cheerful sounds of well-known melodies resound over Linz's Hauptplatz three times a day. They come from the carillon, which is located in the middle of the façade extension of the Feichtiger House.
The sound system consisting of 19 bells, donated by the Kiwanis Club, plays works by Upper Austrian composers and seasonal pieces of music for about 4 minutes each day. The carillon also gives its name to the café in the building. Please let us know how we can improve the quality of this object or if there is any incorrect information on this page (eg. opening hours, contact, etc.).
