The baroque town house originally consisted of two late Gothic houses, which were merged in 1793. This is recognizable by the fact that the right half of the building was raised by one floor due to the sloping courtyard hill. The core of the main house dates back to the 16th century. In 1735 the roof was raised by one floor. In 1959 and 1962 the facade was renewed. In 2013/14 the house underwent a general renovation with roof extension.
