The association has a charitable objective and is not profit-orientated. Any party political activity is excluded.
Solidarity and equal treatment internally and externally is important to us, especially between women and men, domestic and foreign citizens as well as old and young people.

1. Raising awareness of social and economic development in the world and the resulting problems between rich and poor countries.
2. Providing impetus for conscious reflection on one's own lifestyle and social structures in relation to the so-called "Third World" in order to draw conclusions and consequences in one's own sphere of life.
3. Educational and information work on the points mentioned under §2, paragraphs 1 and 2. Focussing on the school sector and the associated educational work with teachers and pupils.
4. Sale of fair trade products, primarily from countries of the so-called "Third World". Consumers are offered product and project-related information on the basis of these articles.
5. Networking with associations, initiatives and groups with similar goals - for the purpose of exchange, mutual support and promotion.
6. Organisation of and participation in events that serve the above objectives.
