The mill shop and online shop with Mühlviertel flour & more - inthe long-established mill on the Naarn, the employees of Dirneder Mühle grind natural rye, wheat and original spelt freshly into flour, semolina and meal.
They receive the grain directly from the contract farmers in the Mühlviertel region, with whom they have been working for many years. The owners bring in part of the harvest themselves on their own farm in Aisthofen.
Convenient shopping and ordering - in the mill shop directly on the farm as well as in the online shop http://dirnedermuehle.at, in addition to genuine Mühlviertel flour in all common and some rare grinding grades, many fine baking ingredients, proofing baskets and baking moulds - and hand-picked baking mixes for the quick version of good cooking are also on offer.
