Nowhere else along the Sauwald Panorama Road is closer to the Danube than here! Immediately after the start of the high trail, this viewing platform invites you to linger. Enjoy the view of the wide, gently flowing Danube and the Donauleiten nature reserve on the opposite bank of the river. Want more information? Just a little further downstream in Jochenstein, the "Haus am Strom" is dedicated entirely to the natural wonder of the Danube Valley.
