The Follow concept is based on 100% individualised personal training, consisting of various training elements such as bodyweight exercises (training with your own body weight, training with the Vibrogym and fitness boxes, training with TRX and other functional equipment, yoga & relaxation techniques).
The aim is to create and offer a personalised and highly efficient training concept for everyone, so that every workout is a challenge and a new experience and is aimed not only at athletic fitness but also health fitness. The training focus is on strengthening the deep muscles (these support and stabilise us in our everyday activities, muscular imbalances are compensated, back and posture problems are history), motor skills, coordination as well as fitness and stabilisation. During a so-called check-in interview, which every customer completes before enrolment, goals, training requirements and health restrictions are discussed. Using a special body analysis scale, various parameters such as body fat, skeletal muscle mass, visceral fat, basal calorie metabolism, etc. are recorded in order to document the current status of each member, which is reassessed every three months, thus enabling the training progress to be monitored. Each follower also receives an information pack on a balanced diet, which is essential for rapid training success.
