Parish courtyard construction with the support of the brewery A particular concern of the parish was the construction of a vicarage. The fact that this project could be realised very soon was mainly due to the master brewer Alois Rosenstingl, a generous benefactor who rendered outstanding services to the parish. On 18 February 1897, Rosenstingl bought the farm estate Wesenufer 16, which was located to the south near the church. He had the house and outbuildings demolished and donated the vacated land to the parish for the construction of the vicarage.
