Waldhausen Swimming Lake

Bathing lake facility with 3.5 hectares of water, jetty with three access points to the bathing lake, beach volleyball court, wakeboard and water ski lift, vitality and fitness park, children's slide and sandboxes for our little ones, large sunbathing lawn, promenade path around the entire recreational area and fishing opportunities.
Further facilities, such as a barrier access with non-slip mats and railings, viewing platform, as well as WC facilities, changing rooms and a shower are also available.
The Waldhausen bathing lake offers the best water quality at pleasant water temperatures.

Day ticket: € 3,00, day ticket reduced: € 2,50,
Season ticket: € 30.00, season ticket reduced: € 20.00
Children under 15 and DONAU Erlebnis Card: free of charge

FISHING AT THE BATHING LAKE
The fishing season at the Waldhausen bathing lake begins on 1 May and ends on 15 October.

Fishing season ticket: € 200,00, fishing season ticket reduced (from 12 to 14 years inclusive): € 160,00

Daily fishing permit: € 20,00, daily fishing permit (from 12 to 14 years): € 16,00

For early risers we can deposit the fishing day cards, information is available at the municipal office Tel.: 07260 4505-11. 

We would like to point out that fishing is only allowed with a valid fishing card, annual fishing card and fishing day or season ticket. Increased controls are carried out by fishery protection bodies of the Provincial Fishery Association.

The Waldhausen bathing lake offers optimal conditions for ice skating or curling in the winter months (weather permitting).
