In our bakery over 30 different types of bread and pastry are produced daily and freshly by our qualified employees. The production of our baked goods depends immensely on the professional competence of our bakers because we still bake in a traditional way.
For our extensive selection of breads we only use our self-made natural sourdough, which develops its full taste after a maturing time of 16 hours.
