The Brotstudio is our idea of a modern bakery in Linz: an open bakery, excellent coffee and bread that is given time - up to 46 hours before it comes out of the oven.

In summer, we are the perfect stop on the way to the Danube. Iced coffee or iced matcha in your hand, fresh sourdough bread on the side - and on into the sunshine.

Things relax in the afternoon: Natural wines, craft beers and bites make the Brotstudio an uncomplicated after-work spot. No fuss, just good products, a good atmosphere
