The Moser butcher's shop is one of the few butcher's shops in the district of Schärding that still has its own slaughterhouse according to strict guidelines. The cattle and dairy calves all come from local farmers, so all meat and sausage specialities are produced fresh daily according to artisan tradition and without flour.
The recipe for success for first-class meat and sausage products includes craftsmanship and traditional production with handed-down recipes.
