We give doughts time. Gerhard Winkler describes the philosophy of the Winkler Bakery. Experienced hands and loving food handling produce the unforgettable taste of Winkler bread & pastries.

It will only used products and ingredients from the region for further processing. Finally, we have a responsibility towards our customers, but also to nature. Our suppliers share our same philosophy.

As a further foothold we have called the Café Winkler to life, which has since become an important part of and complement to our bakery operations. The combination of modern cafe culture, fresh bread & pastries, hot coffee and wonderful, homemade pastries yields the familiar and cozy atmosphere in our Winkler cafes.
