Gelbes Krokodil

The Yellow Crocodile has been cooking up a storm since 1990. The daily changing menu is a mix of cooking styles, vegetarian dishes and regional specialities. The kitchen team of nine chefs and three apprentices unleash their creativity anew every day: every morning, the kitchen team creates a new daily and evening menu on their own initiative.

We mainly cook with seasonal and regionally available products, increasingly from organic farming and taking nutritional aspects into account - a vegetarian dish should contain a balanced proportion of fresh vegetables, protein and carbohydrates.

We owe the fact that we have been well frequented for years not only to our great guests, but also to the suppliers who provide us with high-quality produce. Processing good basic products makes the whole team happier and we hope that our guests feel that too.
