An inn in the middle of the forest, seemingly at the end of the world.
Surrounded by hills, meadows, trees, flowers and plants in a beautiful garden that blends seamlessly into the landscape. A place to feel good, perfect for a retreat in between. A place where even the little things count. Good food & drink, pleasure & well-being. The origins of the over 300-year-old house in the forest date back to 1686.
It is now run as an inn by the third generation. Passed down from grandmother to mother to daughter. Spitzwirtinnen halt....!
There are two parlours inside, each with seating for 30 guests. There is more space in the paradisiacal garden. The kitchen is tiny, about the size of a shoebox. It's actually a sensation what we produce.
We see ourselves as 'small'. And that's how we want it to stay. Manageable, personal, flexible, warm, good, exciting and down-to-earth.
