Zinöcker snack-bar

The company was founded in 1978 by Hermine and Johann Zinöcker in St. Martin—right on the B127, a location that has proven its worth to this day—with a simple snack stand.
The products were meticulously handcrafted in the butcher shop set up in the Zinöcker family’s home. Truly homemade. Within a very short time, the name “Zini” became a fixture in St. Martin and among all those looking for a bite to eat who appreciate homemade delicacies. The snack stand gave way to a full-fledged restaurant, which now also offers a cozy setting for gatherings.

In 2000, Manfred Zinöcker, a master butcher, carried on the tradition of home-style cooking. The business expanded and now offers sausages made in-house, and the product lineup was expanded to include a catering division.

In 2020, the entire interior of the snack bar was redesigned with a modern look, and the outdoor area was also completely renovated. All of this was done to create a cozy atmosphere for customers.
Together with his hardworking team, “da Zini” continues to uphold traditional values by serving freshly cooked home-style meals made with regional products in a rustic setting. The snack bar is a gathering place for cozy regulars’ tables and lovers of sausage specialties, down-to-earth Mühlviertel dishes, and other culinary delights. Of particular importance here is the daily-changing weekly menu and the menu featuring seasonal and traditional dishes, as well as Friday-evening specials such as spare ribs, barbecue specials, burger night, steaks, and more.

The snack bar can also be booked for private events for up to approximately 50 people indoors and 60 people outdoors.
