voestalpine Stahlwelt incl. factory tour

The voestalpine Stahlwelt offers an insight into the world's leading technology group and shows the innovative product and system solutions in which voestalpine steel is used today. A new exhibition in the entrance area makes "greentec steel", voestalpine's path to green steel production, a tangible experience.

Educational guided tours
The voestalpine Stahlwelt guides lead the schoolchildren through the exhibition and explain the path of steel as a material, from production and processing to the finished products. They tailor the tours to the respective age group.

Exciting tour of the factory site
The special highlight is the tour in modern multimedia buses of Austria's largest industrial site. Different production facilities are visited directly, from the blast furnace to processing at Automotive Components.

Group size max. 54 persons.
Bookable for school classes from 15 persons.
Duration for primary school classes 2.5 hours
Group tours are offered for 15 persons or more from Monday to Saturday from 09:00b to 17:00h.

The exhibition world of voestalpine Stahlwelt will be rebuilt from July 2024. The clear aim is to be able to offer our visitors an attractive range of activities even during the construction work. We are currently working on a detailed plan for this, which we will then communicate as soon as possible.
