As Austria's first show butchery, we offer a fully transparent insight into meat and sausage production. In the comfort of the guest room, separated only by a glass wall, you can experience at first hand how meat and sausage specialties are made and learn exciting details about our craft from the head of the house. (Duration: demonstration approx. 30 - 45 min.)
Afterwards, enjoy a hearty snack straight from the sausage kettle - with various hot sausages, fresh Leberkäse, mustard, horseradish and pastries. And best of all: you can eat as much as you like!
