Day 1 - Individual arrival in Passau
Welcome to Passau! After moving into your room, you will receive your travel documents and take over your rental bikes. Afterwards, there will be enough time for first shared experiences. In the Boiotro Roman Museum, little explorers go on a journey through time with the figure of Severinus. Another highlight is Passau Cathedral, whose huge organ amazes children and adults alike.

Day 2 - From Passau to Niederranna/surroundings, approx. 15 km
The first day of cycling begins with a little adventure on the Danube ship. From the deck, the children watch passing castles, ships and the varied river landscape. The first leisurely bike tour starts in Kasten. On the way, the Danube mermaid Isa is waiting to be discovered. In the 'House on the River', children can explore the world of the Danube with exciting hands-on stations. The mini-Danube in Engelhartszell invites you to play and try things out, before the Römerburgus brings history back to life with Severinus.

Day 3 - From Niederranna/surroundings to Obermühl, approx. 20 km
Today, one of the most beautiful natural wonders of the Danube awaits your family: the Schlögener Schlinge. A special experience is a ride on a traditional barge (bookable) in Freizell, a real adventure for young and old explorers. Afterwards, the ferry will take you to Obermühl, which is already the next highlight of the day for many children.

Day 4 - From Obermühl to Aschach, approx. 20 km
There is a lot to discover on today's stage: orchards, vegetable fields and numerous opportunities for a leisurely picnic break right on the shore. Perhaps the children will taste fresh fruit directly from the region or watch the hustle and bustle along the Danube. In Aschach, an exciting puzzle adventure awaits with the Outdoor Escapes, in which the whole family searches for clues and solves tricky tasks together.

Day 5 - From Aschach to Linz, approx. 20 km
Before you reach Linz, there is a lot of action waiting for the children. The Feldkirchen bathing lakes offer plenty of space to let off steam with a water ski lift, motor skills park and pump track. After the leisurely train ride from Ottensheim to Linz, there are two family highlights to choose from: In the Grottenbahn on the Pöstlingberg, children immerse themselves in a fairytale world, while the Ars Electronica Center invites you to join in and marvel with exciting experiments, robots and interactive exhibitions.

Day 6 - Individual journey home or additional nights
After many shared experiences, small adventures and varied cycling stages, your family trip along the Danube ends. The return journey to Passau is comfortably by train and is already included in the travel price. On Saturdays and Sundays of season C, an alternative bus transfer is available for an extra charge. If you haven't experienced enough yet, you can extend your holiday with additional nights. Return by train to Passau from your cycling tour (included).
