Therapeutic fasting purifies the body and mobilises the body's immune system, which leads to a powerful rush of energy.
Therapeutic fasting (in line with the principles of Dr Buchinger) is made easy with tea, fresh juices, broths, mineral water and subsequent return to solid foods. A medical check-up, fasting talks, exercise and individual planning of accompanying treatments round the programme off.
