And Helmut Schörgi is just as inventive with ice cream as he is with his other creations: The repertoire of the house includes 90 different types of ice cream, 36 of which adorn the display case during the summer months. And many a "overheated" cyclist and hiker will enjoy the ice cream to cool them down to operating temperature.
