In 1929, Leo Jindrak I founded a patisserie in Herrenstraße in Linz. Three journeymen and two sales assistants worked in the small business. Since then, almost 90 years have passed down the Danube. Leo III now pulls the strings at Konditorei Jindrak, orchestrating 145 employees at the head office and now six branches in Linz and the surrounding area.
