There was already an organic food shop in Schärding at the time, the "Grüner Zweig".
When this had closed, her husband thought that this gap should be filled, as he had the glorious idea that she should open an organic shop. She was able to do this because she had been able to recruit the former branch manager of the "Grüner Zweig" as an employee since it was founded in 2004. Now it was just a matter of finding a suitable location. At the time, her premises were the cooperage for the former Kapsreiter brewery. A show brewery was presented in the current premises for the 2004 regional exhibition. The subsequent vacancy resulted in a suitable, central location for her and the Natur-Markt Schärding. Their philosophy is to offer regional products. Many seasonal offers alternate. She is very satisfied with the development, as her customers are also very regionally orientated and love to shop consciously. She likes to take the time to talk to her customers and advise them.
