Viticulture Leo Gmeiner - Viticulture in Upper Austria

Wine has been produced on the farm since 2005. Four different types of wine now thrive on around one hectare. The range extends from Bouvier to trendy Chardonnay, classic Zweigelt, single-varietal Rösler and our own premium wine, Cuvee Leo, matured in French oak barrels.

The idea of the company is to bring Upper Austrian viticulture closer to interested wine lovers and to promote it in a competence centre. Selected winegrowers from Upper Austria have the opportunity to present their products and promotional materials at the Gmeiner. In addition, our own wines and those of our winegrowing colleagues can be tasted during tastings.
