“Grein im Feuerzauber” transforms the Danube into a sparkling stage—a summer festival that brings people from across the region and far beyond together to experience unforgettable moments.

For one evening, the Danube riverbank becomes a car-free experience zone:
• Live music and stage performances featuring regional artists
• Show and dance performances and an engaging children’s program
• Culinary variety from local restaurants and clubs

The highlight of the evening is a spectacular sound-and-light fireworks display at approximately 9:30 p.m., set off in sync with the music and filling the entire Strudengau region. Thousands of people experience this moment together—from the Danube embankment, the surrounding hills, and the Danube boats. Once again this year, the selection of fireworks places the utmost emphasis on environmental sustainability and biodegradability.
