Closure of the Danube Bike Path R1 in the Langer Haufen area

Due to construction work on the Donaulände in the “Langer Haufen” area in the municipality of Pupping, the Danube Bike Path R1 will be closed starting October 5, 2026 (weekdays, Monday through Friday).

To meet environmental requirements, construction equipment must primarily operate from the Treppelweg. Construction will continue through March 2027, with a weather-related hiatus between Christmas and mid-February.
