The Roman Museum Boiotro Fort is housed in a late medieval house in the Innstadt district and rests on the foundations of the late Roman fort of Boiotro. It has been part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Roman Danube Limes" since 2021.
600 exhibits with ancient sources and numerous models shed light on the 400 years of Roman rule in a border town in the north of the empire.
